What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe.

Are my payments secure?

Our payment processor, Stripe, makes sure that all credit card numbers are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-center. This ensures both the security and integrity of your donors information.

How long til I receive my order?

Fulfillment of your order generally takes between 2-7 days followed by an additional 3-4 days to arrive using our flat rate shipping. We also offer express and overnight.

What is your return policy?

We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges in the event of misprinted/damaged/defective items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to file a claim and we will help to make things right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number via email.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, no changes or cancellations will be possible since fulfillment has begun.

What materials are your items made of?

That will depend on the product! The materials will be listed on the product description.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you have received a defective order, please reach out to us within 14 days so we can help to make it right.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, reach out to us and we will look into it for you. If your item is showing as delivered via the tracking number but has not arrived, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

What if I want one of your designs on a different style of clothing?

Let us know! We have access to many other items than those listed on our website, so we can work on creating an item that you’ll be proud to wear.

Managing Your Account

Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

Nope! Doing so will allow you to view order history, store a payment method on file, and more, but we understand if you’d rather just check out as a guest. Simply select that option when checking out.

I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?

If you’ve requested a password reset through the log-in portal and cleared your browser cache and are still having no luck, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I manage my account?

You can login to the My Account area to access all of your details and account features

Is my personal information kept private?

Your personal info will not be shared with ANY third-parties other than our fulfillment partner (so they can ship the item to you) and our payment processor (who will only use it to process your payment). We may use your email address to send you product updates from Equality Gear or to let you know about other, similar item lines we know you’ll love. You may opt-out any time, no hard feelings! Simply reach out to us.

How do I cancel my account?

Simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to delete your account.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to remove you from any future newsletters.
